Sift Bake Shop is a family owned, French-focused bakery specializing in artisanal breads, pastries, desserts, macarons, signature cakes, savory items, and more. The bakers arrive by 3 a.m. to start the daily production, and every single menu item is made fresh daily within the in-house exhibition kitchen, where guests can watch the bakers hard at work through the glass windows. The breakfast pastries, which are laminated daily, feature a wide variety of croissants, as well scones, sticky buns, and muffins. The breads feature a slow fermentation process allowing them to have a unique sour
