A historic 1860 Italianate Villa located just off the southeast corner of the coveted Guilford Green, we can accomodate up to 5 guests.  However, we usually only book one party at a time as both guest rooms use the same bathroom, complete with original claw foot tub and marble sink.  If you've forgotten any toilietries, chances are we have just what you need in the cupboard!

Bedrooms have crisp sheets and the bathroom has lush towels.  Everything is decorated in an eclectic mix of antiques and family heirlooms.  Your hosts have completely renovated the house they acquired in 1984 -- some rooms twice!  

One bedroom:  Queen bed

Second bedroom:  2 Extra Long Twin beds with room for a provided aero bed.

There is a comfortable, covered back porch for warm nights and a patio if you want a little sun.  The gardens are ever-changing pops of color. Even though we are in downtown Guilford, in the back yard you feel like you are out in the country.

We do not serve breakfast, but are steps from lots of great places for coffee, pastries or a sit down meal -- breakfast, lunch or dinner. We do have a single serve coffee maker for our guests, and they can keep things in our fridge.  

The family room has Xfinity TV with expanded basic channel choices.  There is WiFi throughout the house.

While we are usually at home during their stays, we give our guests as much privacy as possible - -but we are always eager to talk about things to do in Guilford or in nearby towns.  We love sharing the rich history of our home and its grounds.
