Quattro's Italian Cuisine

Quattro's Cuisine is best classified as Northern Italian, with both French and Spanish influences. Our specialties include fresh fish & shellfish, filet mignon, lamb, veal, chicken, pasta & vegetarian dishes. In fact, we prepare over fifty sauces to order. Specials are run daily, so we always have additional seafood & meat choices available for the most demanding palate.

We’ve won awards from CT Magazine for "Best New Restaurant," “Overall Excellence" and "Best Italian New Haven County." We have also been in Zagat with multiple awards of distinction.
