When we set out on this journey to bring a brewery to the already up and coming downtown New Britain area, it was important to us to have a comfortable and approachable taproom atmosphere for everyone to come and enjoy the fine art of craft beer and delicious pizza from our wood-fired oven. Blazing Fresh Donuts serves custom made-to-order donuts. Our vanilla cake donuts are served warm in a matter of minutes, customized to your request. Choose from our extensive menu of frostings and toppings. You can order online or call ahead for even faster service. We also provide custom donuts for all your special events (birthdays, showers, weddings) and hold donut decorating parties in the store.

The Connecticut Brewers Guild was founded in June 2012 to promote the interests of the fledgling craft beer scene in Connecticut. As of July 2019, the Connecticut beer scene boasts more than 90 operational breweries, with many more in planning. The goal of this Guild is to further promote our local breweries, move forward on Guild Member initiatives that foster profitability, and increase public awareness of all in-state breweries and legislative actions.

Founded in 2014 as a cooperative-style fine art gallery representing local and regional award-winning artists and artisans. Each artist is carefully screened through a jury process in order to gain membership, guaranteeing the highest quality work for the gallery. Located in the historic train station in downtown New Milford CT, member-artists each take an active role in the operation of the gallery, including organizing programs and free events such as art lectures and art demonstrations, providing refreshments for receptions, serving on committees, and hosting during gallery hours. The distillery is set on 3.5 acres along the Shepaug River. The property is suitable for weddings, private parties, corporate retreats, photo shoots and other unique experiences. The fully restored property includes four buildings, totaling 12,000 SF, a waterfall, extensive lawns and an outdoor band stand. Our classic dry gin made with the unique addition of eastern white pine and other botanicals inspired by the fields and forests around Mine Hill. Taylor Brooke Brewery and Taproom is located on a 44 acre farm in historic Woodstock, CT, down the hill from Taylor Brooke Winery . We ferment something for everyone– hop forward IPAs, smooth milk stouts, fruity sours, crisp lagers , and more–plus, we also offer the full wine menu from Taylor Brooke Winery, right here in our taproom.
