Connecticut's original farm cidery tap room featuring a variety of hard ciders grown, pressed, and produced blossom to bottle at the farm. Specializing in crafting delicious New England-style hard ciders from apples grown in East Haddam, CT, Yankee Cider Company is a family owned farm and one of Connecticut's largest farm cideries. The Tap Room is located at the Yankee Cider Barn on Petticoat Lane and features flights and pours of hard ciders and Staehly Farm winery wines, in addition to pick-your-own fruit during the season.

We have three beautiful options on property to stay at Cold Spring Farm. We are a beyond organic farm on 300 acres of fields and forests growing vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits, while also raising animals and also a gorgeous lake just below our farm. Surrounded by protected lands and state parks with awesome features nearby. Necessities are not far away. Ample outdoor recreation opportunities, museums, historical sites, an "art" park, restaurants, and a very reasonable proximity to New York City, Boston, and Providence, we have it all on this New England farm. In addition to massage therapy we offer Acupuncture and Zero Gravity Therapy. Also, we have an Aesthetician for body and facial treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Synergie Body and Face Sculpting, Hot Stone Facial Massage, Classic Facial Massage and Infrared LED Light Therapy.

Cini Memorial Park

Park amenities include sport fishing charter boats, canoe/kayak launching pier, handicap accessible fishing pier, restroom facilities and access to the Niantic Bay Boardwalk and Beach. Niantic Bay Beach is a roughly half mile long beach with the boardwalk going along the back edge. It is lifeguarded during the beach season, has two volleyball courts, and a fishing jetty. Located in Niantic Village within the Town of East Lyme , the beach is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing and watching sunsets. A beach pass is required to access the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The Watson House Boutique B&B

In 1754, Samuel Watson House of Leicester, Massachusetts purchase eight acres on the hilltop. By 1767 his stately mansion was completed. It was probably the third house to be built on the hilltop and is the oldest remaining structure on Thompson Hill. The overhanging third story supported by four columns forming the broad piazza are typical of southern colonial architecture. The Watson Boutique B&B is an eighteenth century getaway, located within easy reach of twentieth century pleasures. In 2018, The House received a new design to create a “Restoration Hardware and French Farmhouse Style”

High George Rooftop Restaurant

High George is a great food and cocktail destination in New Haven, located on the rooftop of The Blake Hote. Celebrated Chef Tyler Anderson’s food menu features his fresh take on New England summer classic dishes and Raw Bar favorites in a small plate format, complemented by a full beverage program featuring easy-to-drink cocktails, wine and beer. The three-season space is also available for private parties and functions.

Housatonic River Brewing is located along the beautiful Housatonic River. We brew hand crafted beers for enjoying in our tasting room and our beer garden or you can get some beer to go in one of our growlers.
