The 2026 Slipaway River Tours Season is open for online booking.  See you soon for fun on the River!!

A ride on the Slipaway is your chance to view the local section of the Connecticut River and surrounding areas from a whole new vantage point. Public Narrated Tours and Private Charters leave from Rocky Hill Ferry Park, Glastonbury Riverfront Park, and Wethersfield Cove Park. See Online Booking on the Slipaway River Tours website for available options, departure locations, and schedules. Then book your seat (debit, credit) or pay as you board (cash, check, Venmo, debit, credit). Charters can be also booked online or special arrangements can be made by speaking with the Captain. Just give him a call.  Gift Cards are available on the Booking Page year round.  

The schedule is a bit different this year. Check the website for details and tour times. There are already some 2026 Charters booked, so if you want a special date, book or call soon.  Charters are a great way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, showers, weddings, work events, or just enjoy some quiet time.  Captain Bill will work with you to make your idea happen. 

The health and safety of our passengers and crew is always of primary importance to Slipaway River Tours.  Public tours are limited to 12 passengers while Charters comfortably seat 16 passengers.  The Slipaway is wheelchair accessible and the Crew is available to assist.  Contact us with any questions or concerns.
