Previously known as “Food and Fudge,” we decided to start fresh with a new name and new menu. The Dubliner, meaning “Irish gentleman” was named in honor of my amazing grandfather who created this building in 1967. To this day, we’re serving fresh food prepared daily and are becoming known as eastern Connecticut’s premier choice for gourmet deli.

Spring Hill Vineyards grow on a historic farm dating to the 18th century located along the banks of the Shepaug River. Nestled among rolling hills and hay fields, our hidden valley offers a unique micro-climate, featuring southwestern facing slopes with rocky, well-drained soils and moderated weather influenced by the river itself. These characteristics provide a distinctive terroir for our vines, which we began planting in 2006.

We are a mini-farm (just over four acres) located in the charming, rural town of East Haddam CT. We grow flowers and vegetables, raise chickens, ducks and goats and will be adding to this list soon. We are committed to growing everything on this farm without pesticides or other harmful chemicals.The farm store offers an eclectic mix of the things we grow and make. We sell our delicious eggs from organically fed chickens and ducks and our handcrafted soaps (with and without goats milk) and hand poured candles.
