Once hosting a secret party for the cast of The Sopranos to avoid Paparazzi, Tamarack Lodge is a hidden gem dating back to the 1700s. The restaurant and tavern are situated on a rustic estate of scenic 28 acres hidden in the middle of Pachaug State Forest, featuring craft beer on tap and bottles, a full wine list, creative cocktails and delish gourmet comfort food with a twist.

The land has been home to various businesses including a blacksmith shop, a water-powered wagon wheel mill, a tree farm and then a popular vacation resort in the 1940s.
