Here at The Trinity Bar we pride ourselves on bringing an authentic slice of Ireland right to New Haven. Have opened our doors in February 2015, under the ownership of Shane Carty and Eddie Higgins, two childhood best friends born in Dublin, Ireland. Both Eddie and Shane came to the United States in 1994, working in restaurants across the east coast before finally settling in New Haven in 1997. Shane who was the head chef of another Irish restaurant decided to join forces with Eddie, an experienced bar manager to create the establishment we are today - a full service bar & restaurant featuring sports, live music, and a casual atmosphere just like a place you'd find in Dublin

Many afternoons the seats are filled with soccer fans who know we're always open for the matches that matter most to them. Both the New Haven Chapters for Liverpool Supporters Club, and American Outlaws call Trinity their home bar. We also sponsor New Haven's semi-professional mens and women's rugby teams New Haven Old Black RFC. Our customers also enjoy watching NFL Sunday Ticket, MLB, NBA, and NHL action throughout the year

The cuisine is a fusion of American and traditional Irish fare, all of which is homemade by our Owner and Executive Chef Shane Carty.
