With access to more than 170 miles of trails, Mead Farm is the oldest horse riding establishment in Stamford with a history dating back to 1928. The farm offers lessons, boarding, summer riding programs, special events, leasing and sales. Our trail system (GRTA) is dedicated to preserving and maintaining the century-old system of trails, encouraging horseback riding and protecting the ever-precious open space in backcountry.
