The Carriage House

Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from the heart of Mystic. Leave your car behind and explore Mystic on foot, bike, kayak or just relax on your private brick terrace surrounded by English gardens. There are many wonderful restaurants, spas, and shops within walking distance to the Carriage House.

Open year round and rent nightly, weekly or monthly. Rates vary between $125-$250 per night – subject to change. Long term rates may be negotiated. Pets are considered, up to the discretion of the owner.

Cottage Rental Amenities

There are two suites in the Carriage House. Each beautifully appointed suite includes the following: a king-size bed with luxurious linens, cherry hardwood floors, gas fireplace/heating stove, cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning, tastefully decorated custom baths with over sized soaking tub and rain shower, WIFI, TV, DVD/CD player, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 2 burner cook top, pots and pans, dining necessities, picnic supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, barbecue grill with supplies, and much, much more!

The larger suite is 600 sq ft and also includes a smaller full size futon. The adjacent smaller suite is 400 sq ft. Each suite opens to the private brick terrace behind the Carriage House which is furnished with patio chairs, tables with umbrellas, chaise lounges, fire pit and charcoal grill with all supplies needed.
