Capt. William Morgan House

The Captain William Morgan House, a 2,700 sq. ft. sea captain’s home circa 1850 was beautifully renovated in 2015. This Greek Revival maintains all of its original charm as well as modern amenities. It is located in the heart of downtown Mystic’s historic district- leave your car and walk everywhere!

The yard is entirely fenced in. There is a sitting porch on the front and a large, covered, pillared porch on the back of the house. Beautiful (and organic) herb, flower and vegetable gardens surround the well manicured property.

This rental has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. There are also four kayaks for your use.

The Mystic River runs one street away and views are seen from some windows. You can hear boat whistles, church bells and sea sounds. This home is available nightly, weekly and monthly, year round. My property is very private, peaceful and relaxing and in walking distance to everything!

Next door to the main house is The Carriage House at 26 Pearl St which is also available for rent. For larger groups this is the ideal situation as you will occupy the entire property, which is a double lot. Pets are allowed under the discretion of the owner.
