The space

Your private guest suite features a queen-size bed, twin pull out trundle, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchenette, & table for dining or remote work.

High speed WiFi, Samsung Smart TV, and Sonos Sound System are all available for use during your stay.

Guest access

To access the private guest suite, guests will enter through the front entrance of the home, which leads to a small and private foyer. The exclusive entrance to the guest suite is located on the right-hand side of the foyer.

For added security and convenience, both the front door and the private room door are equipped with smart locks. Smart lock codes will be provided to guests prior to their arrival.

Other things to note

Our property is located just a short walk to the beautiful West Beach and the Westbrook Elks Lodge. It's a great spot to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf!

If you're attending a wedding or other special event at nearby Water's Edge Resort & Spa, our guest suite is just a quick drive away.

We provide fresh linens and towels for our guests, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, & bottled water.
