Opened originally as ‘The Gallery at Firehouse Square,’ Thames River Gallery was established in April 2010. We are recognized as one of the longest tenured art galleries in New London, Connecticut and are proudly located in the heart of the city’s art and cultural district.

Thames River Gallery represents a variety of artists, including painters using pastels, oil and watercolor, sculptors working in bronze and stone, woodcarvers, photographers, illustrators and stained-glass artists. The gallery is always looking for emerging artists to represent and exhibit. We are open six days a week and enthusiastically welcome patrons and artists.
