The Kent Collection - The Train Car
The Train Car is part of The Kent Collection's Garden Cottages. In an area once known as “the beehive” because something was always happening, the Kent Station area is still a hub of activity. The restaurant next door plays live music, Kent’s quaint shops and restaurants are a two-minute walk away, the town library is across the street, and, in true rail station fashion, a freight train occasionally rumbles by. The three cottages are each unique in size and layout, but they share an eclectic, casual, cozy ambiance. These family friendly and pet friendly residences are perfect for getting away while still feeling connected to everything happening in town.
Climb aboard this 1800s baggage car that’s been fully updated and beautifully transformed into an open studio space. The bright and modern interior includes colorful, plaid fabrics, rustic train memorabilia, and lots of natural wood.
