Hartford Flavor Company is a woman owned, organic, garden to glass distillery in the Parkville section of Hartford. We are the first distillery in Hartford since the 1980’s and are very proud to be bringing booze back to the capital.

With the success of our Wild Moon Liqueurs brand and Hartford Flavor Organic Vodkas line, we are thrilled to expand our company into a lifestyle brand with a flagship restaurant inspired by our patron Goddess Diana. We are taking our clean drinking concept and expanding into a clean food restaurant and creative cocktail lounge.

We have imagined a place where Diana would host her guests with different rooms for various celebrations. We have created an art installation with layered colors and periods from classical Roman, 1930’s Art Deco cocktail bar, and 1970’s glam. We have used Diana’s sacred plants as inspiration for the color scheme and feelings of the rooms.

We have the sacred Thistle for the Thistle Bar, Pink Flowering Almond is inspiration for the Formal Dining Room, and Mountain and Bay Laurel for the Laurel Dining Room. Fir and Oak are the inspiration for the green on green Game Lounge, and iridescent Japanese Anemone as a guide for the curtained semi-private Gold Booths.
