Burgis Brook Alpacas
Located on 43 scenic acres of rolling hills and forest in the "quiet corner" of the state, with scenic roads and stone walls, antique shops and historic homes and inns. The acres are dotted with Peruvian Huacaya alpacas. They raise, breed and harvest their luxurious fleece to make yard and accessories from their fiber. On the farm, they also grow five varieties of hardneck garlic that is sold as seed stock and supply local farmers markets and "farm to table" eateries. The bee yard produces delicious honey while the bees pollinate the fruit trees, vegetables, and a nearby vineyard. The farm shop is open year round.
