Austin F. Hawes Memorial Campground offers 30 sites in pine woods. Fishing but no swimming permitted. Amenities include bathrooms, showers, dumping station. One pet per site permitted. Rustic cabin rental : all cabins are 14 feet by 17 feet, have two rooms and can sleep six. There is a double bed in the front room and two bunk beds in the back room. This popular park offers excellent swimming, hiking, scenic views, and Indian legends all tucked into the scenic rolling hills of the western highlands. There are 78 wooded and open camping sites and a designated Trout Park, for activities including camping, hiking, stream and pond fishing, field sports, picnicking and swimming.
