Located on 43 scenic acres of rolling hills and forest in the "quiet corner" of the state, with scenic roads and stone walls, antique shops and historic homes and inns. The acres are dotted with Peruvian Huacaya alpacas. They raise, breed and harvest their luxurious fleece to make yard and accessories from their fiber. On the farm, they also grow five varieties of hardneck garlic that is sold as seed stock and supply local farmers markets and "farm to table" eateries. From May 2nd through October 31, prior to 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m. (6 a.m. on weekends and holidays), only vehicle permits for residents and vehicle fees for visitors will be required, no per person fees will be charged. Seasonal or single entry park pass and vehicle permit/parking pass are required between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Starting November 1st through April 30th, no fees will be charged to enter Greenwich Point and Byram Park.

A large sandy beach located next to Penfield Beach. Enjoy an afternoon playing in Long Island Sound. Picnic area and rest rooms (seasonal). Parking at Penfield Beach (located next to Rickard's Beach) is free and open to the public, however, from Memorial Day Saturday to Labor Day a beach sticker is required to park in the lot. Vehicles without a beach sticker may pay a daily fee of $20.00 on Weekdays and $50.00 on Weekends & Holidays at the gate.
This 3.5 acre beachfront property is a great place to swim and sun along Long Island Sound, offering a long stretch of sandy beach adjacent to Rickards Beach. Part of the Penfield Complex, the property boasts two waterfront banquet facilities, sailboat racks, lockers to rent for the season or for a day, a large covered deck, handicap accessibility and bathroom facilities.
