Taste of New Haven aims to create enjoyable leisure activities connecting people with local food, culture, history and each other. We want to educate, entertain and inspire our guests, our partner restaurants and shops and onlookers. Sweet Pea Cheese at the House of Hayes Farm is a small family run dairy farm located in North Granby, CT. We milk 70 Saanen dairy goats and 65 dairy cows. Our product lineup includes pasteurized whole milk products from both our goats and cows. Our goat products include a fresh chevre seasoned with many different flavors, a fresh feta, a greek style yogurt, and milk available in quart, half gallon, and gallon sizes. Home to an extensive collection of photos and slides that show the history of Bloomfield. The History Center features three or four historical exhibits a year and provides a comfortable area for historical and genealogical research as well as space for small group meetings. Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Woodstock, CT, all of our fruit and vegetables are grown with care on our own farm and picked at peak ripeness . We sell a large variety of our very own farm-fresh vegetables in the summer, opening the season with our asparagus, which many believe to be the best in Windham County.
