The Orchards Golf Course Club is a professionally maintained, 9-hole par 32 public golf facility in Milford, Connecticut. The Orchards features the amenities, prestige, and conditions of a private course while providing the availability and comfort of a public course. We provide a challenging and short course for beginner and intermediate golfers to learn and develop their golf game. Group and individual lessons are also available. The course is flat, well manicured, and easy to walk. The club is owned by the Town of Milford and managed by Tournament Turf Care.

Orange Historical Society at The Academy

The Stone-Otis House, c.1830, was built by Sarah and Dennis Stone. The house represents one of the finest old homes in what was the newly formed town of Orange. There is a dooryard garden with native plants and herbs. Tours by appointment only. The Academy Museum, is a stately white clapboard building, first built in 1812 as a school. It later became the Orange Town Hall and housed the town court as well. Also houses the Mary Rebecca Woodruff Research Center. Old Town Hall Museum/ Enfield Historical Society

Revolutionary-era community building with a fascinating history. Opened on January 1, 1775, the Old Town Hall began its service to the community as the third meetinghouse of the First Ecclesiastical Society. Only a year later Enfield's Minutemen were attending services in the building when Captain Abbey used his famous drum to announce the outbreak of war at Concord and Lexington. Old Stone Schoolhouse

Discover the Old Stone School house on Coppermine Road, part of the Farmington Historical Society. The Old Stone Schoolhouse, at Red Oak Hill and Coppermine roads, was a schoolhouse from 1790 to 1872. From 1875 to 1956, it was used as a chapel and community center.
