Well, Football (English Premier League Mornings every Saturday/Sunday/along with matches from around the world and the United States) a local around-the-way pub sunk 1/2 way underground and BEER, did we mention that.

It’s a passion of ours to brew worldly styles of beer, to think globally: from the British Isles ales and stouts to the French Saisons, Flanders Reds to the American IPA and Pales New England style, west coast style and hybrid style porters and now Intercontinental Lagers. We dream of barrel aging and specialty fruit beers as well as a great Asian style rice lager, these all remain on our target as we transition into a little bigger than where we started, just the way we were hoping. Start too small and grow to where we can still control our quality. Never to fade from the locally known hole-in-the-wall brewery.
