The Yale Center for British Art is a museum that houses the largest collection of British art outside the United Kingdom, encompassing works in a range of media from the fifteenth century to the present. The library is one of the world's largest libraries devoted entirely to rare books and manuscripts and is Yale's repository for literary archives, early manuscripts, and rare books.
