Norwich Arts Center

The Norwich Arts Council was formed in 1987 to cultivate the region's appreciation, understanding, and enjoyment of the arts by providing affordable cultural enrichment through diverse visual, literary, and performing arts programs and events. In 2010, the name was changed to Norwich Arts Center, Inc. to include all the aspects of the facilities including the Donald L. Oat Theater, Norwich Cinema, Co-op Gallery and Gallery II, venues for musicalperformances, workshops and educational facilities. Carriages & Country Weddings - Wood Acres Farm

Enjoy a country carriage or sleigh ride on 25 acres of endless wooded trails, with complimentary refreshments served afterwards in our country home. Group rides also available with bonfire. Horse-drawn carriages and wagons for hire, our place or yours. All rides are private and by reservation, and gift certificates are available. The Barnum Museum

Celebrating the life of the original "Greatest Showman," Phineas Taylor Barnum, the 1893 historic landmark museum in downtown Bridgeport is a repository for thousands of rare and one-of-a-kind items relating to P. T. Barnum and his famous associates, including Bridgeport native “Gen. Tom Thumb,” Swedish Nightingale Jenny Lind, and Jumbo the elephant. P.T. Branford Historical Society

This early 18th-century homestead features Branford historical artifacts, a Colonial herb garden and serves as the home of the Branford Historical Society. The house was constructed with a massive center chimney and a two-over-two room configuration. Constructed of local tulip wood and oyster shell plaster, the house features period furnishings, rotating exhibits along with period herb and flower gardens. Donations accepted.
