The Palace Theater, recorded in the National Register of Historic Places, has been fully restored to its original 1920s splendor, once again becoming one of the most striking performing arts spaces in the state. Designed by Thomas Lamb of New York, in a Second Renaissance Revival style, the ornate and palatial feeling of the Palace provides the perfect backdrop for its artistically rich performances and presentations. The theater’s year-round performance calendar offers a variety of art forms that appeal to various audiences, including professional Broadway presentations, comedy acts, celebrity performances, educational programming and family entertainment.
