Winvian features a self-sustaining, organic garden, to ensure the freshest local ingredients to enhance Executive Chef Chris Eddy's "Seed to Table" philosophy.  The Restaurant is Zagat rated as "Extraordinary to Perfection."  Guests may come for meals even if they are not lodging with us, but reservations are required.

Winvian's Spa & Restaurant are open to the public but reservations are required.
