Waterside Cottage

Located on the marina in peaceful Noank, this three bedroom house was renovated in the summer of 2018. We have a transient dock that may be used under the discretion of the owner.

Enjoy the beautiful views from the completely stocked house. We supply all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The rental includes a full kitchen which opens to the dining area, 1/2 bath and living room. There is also a sun porch and a front porch for relaxing. The second floor consists of three queen bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has a sitting area with gorgeous views of the coast. A washer and dryer is also included.

There are plenty of amazing restaurants in Noank including Abbott’s Lobster Shack, Ford’s Lobster and Carson’s for an old fashioned breakfast to name a few. Mystic is a quick five minute drive by car. Esker Point Beach is just around the corner!
