Shaggy Coos Farm

Shaggy Coos Farm is a family run operation in the small town of Easton, CT. We pride ourselves on being very hands on with the care and raising of our livestock. We have been fortunate to earn a great reputation, which we strive to protect and enhance. Typically, we sell our pork and beef as shares. We offer pigs for purchase as either half or whole shares during the summer.  The beef cattle are offered in quarter, half or whole shares throughout the year.  

In addition, we raise turkeys for Thanksgiving delivery.  We start our turkey poults over a period of weeks in the summer. The birds are processed and ready for pick up the Monday evening before Thanksgiving so that you can serve a fresh, farm raised bird on Thanksgiving! 

We sell the majority of our products directly off our farm. In addition to milk and chicken and duck eggs we maintain a freezer of our pork and beef products in our Farm Store. It's a great way to buy smaller quantities of select cuts.
