Brewery located in the historic Fairfield Hills Campus. Fresh beers brewed on-site only and made from scratch 10" wood-fired pizzas always available.  Enjoy our giant Bavarian-style pretzel or some locally-made cheese and charcuterie mini boxes. Not in the mood for a beer? We offer red and white wine on draught along with Hard Cider, Prosecco, and soft drinks as well. Indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting).
