Avalonia Land Conservancy is a nonprofit land conservation organization serving southeastern Connecticut. With more than 5,000 precious acres and 46 nature preserves open and free to the public, Avalonia helps preserve recreational open space in perpetuity, protects wildlife habitat, and mitigates the impacts of climate change, ensuring healthy, livable communities for now and generations to come.

Avalonia's nature preserves are located in the towns of Bozrah, Griswold, Groton, Ledyard, Montville, North Stonington, Norwich, Preston, and Stonington, Connecticut. Land acquisitions and donations are ongoing, with new preserves opening annually.
