Pan con Tomate y Jamón Ibérico - Toasted crystal bread rubbed with garlic and vine-ripened tomatoes, topped with acorn-fed Ibérico ham.
Aceitunas Aliñadas (Marinated Olives) - House-marinated Manzanilla olives with orange zest, fresh rosemary, and cracked black pepper.
Second Course
El Mar (The Sea)
Gambas al Ajillo - Wild-caught shrimp gently poached in extra virgin olive oil with thinly sliced garlic and guindilla peppers.
Third Course
Croquetas de Setas (Wild Mushroom Croquettes) - Crisp golden croquettes filled with silky béchamel, wild porcini mushrooms, and served with truffle aioli.
Fourth Course
Lubina - Pan-seared black sea bass served over ajo blanco, a chilled Spanish almond and garlic sauce.
Secreto Ibérico con Chimichurri - Spain's prized "secret cut" of Ibérico pork, grilled medium-rare and served with cilantro-garlic chimichurri and blistered Padrón peppers.
Served with
Arroz a la Banda - Traditional saffron rice cooked in a rich crustacean stock and finished in a small copper pot to create the perfect socarrat (crispy bottom). A vegetarian version is available upon request.
Dessert
Crema Catalana - Classic citrus and cinnamon-infused custard finished with a crisp brûléed sugar crust.
