Happy Neck & Shoulders Workshop
This workshop reviews common neck and shoulder ailments (from whiplash, rotator cuff issues, frozen shoulder, tension headaches, to just that stiff neck you sometimes get). We explain why many of those issues occur and provide exercises to help relieve the area, but also strengthen and tone it in a functional way. We talk about the rib-shoulder connection. It’s possible you are doing the right exercises, but never seen results, that might be why. Materials needed: yoga mat & pillow
