Bubbling Brews: The Science and Craft of Kombucha!

Join David Brannan, the founder and head brewer at 860Kombucha, to learn about the art of fermenting tea. You will learn how to use a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to guide your tea through fermentation, flavor it with ingredients of your choice, and create a SCOBY hotel (storage container) for continuous brewing.
You will taste a variety of 860Kombucha flavors and leave with a kombucha home brewing kit.
