The ISCC features two ice surfaces (NHL and Olympic) and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, providing an environment suited for athletes of all ages and abilities to participate in comprehensive training. The facility also features the newly renovated Legends Hall bar and viewing room to host private recreational or corporate events, J.A.M. Pro Shop, and Sk8terZ Café featuring rink-side dining.

ISCC is home to the Northern CT Lights Girls Hockey and Northern CT Nor'Easter Boys Hockey teams, numerous high school hockey teams & youth hockey programs, as well as National, International, and World level figure skating coaches and skaters. ISCC also holds CT's leading Learn to Skate program, teaching hundreds of skaters of all ages and levels each year.
