Here at Yooki Yama, Owner and Chef Sekyo Yun and his team of seasoned professionals are looking forward to cater to you with food prepared through their longing to serve only the freshest, best and personally selected ingredients, creating traditional, as well as modern and artfully crafted dishes that will certainly be a feast for your taste buds. We grow many of our own vegetables and fruits here in our family’s garden in Branford. And Chef Yun personally selects every piece of fish, every cut of meat, and all of the produce he can’t grow on his own—along with all of the dry goods and spices he uses. He also hand-makes many of the restaurant’s condiments.
