Town of Goshen

Incorporated in 1739, the town of Goshen is located in the beautiful Litchfield Hills.  The population of Goshen is approximately 3,000.  This quaint New England town is home to farms, churches, theaters, restaurants, farmers markets, chocolatiers, dairies, vineyards, orchards, B&Bs and much more. It is the perfect place to spend a day, weekend, or to settle down for much longer.  Goshen is a great family town. The local elementary school, Goshen Center, is rated 7 out of 10 by greatschools.com.  Swimming, hiking and skiing are just some of the activities that are common here.  The Recreation Department is very active and provides many opportunities for adults and children alike, including a great summer camp.
