

Young Cooks & Farmers: Kids Summer Program on the Farm
Our Young Cooks & Farmers program brings children ages 6-11 to Yellow Farmhouse Education Center to experience sustainable farming and seasonal cooking. Children work with farmers and culinary educators to investigate and explore a regenerative farm, grow and harvest produce, and prepare farm-fresh recipes.
Each week of our summer program is built around a fun food theme, with different hands-on activities and recipes every day. Scroll down for a full list of weekly themes and dates!
Date: Mondays - Wednesdays, starting July 1 from 9:30AM - 12:30PM
Cost: $50 per day
Age: 6 - 11 years old

Week One: Pizza Party (July 1 - 3)
Week Two: Fill It, Fold It (July 8 - 10)
Week Three: Toss It Up (July 15 - 17)
Week Four: Rise ‘N Shine (July 22 - 24)
Week Five: Snack Factory (July 29 - 31)
Week Six: Noodle Fest (August 5 - 7)
Week Seven: Kitchen Chemistry (August 12 - 14)
Week Eight: The Final Scoop (August 25 - 28, Monday - Thursday)
