Join Yale Global Table for a talk and tasting at The Well with acclaimed Chef Rodrigo Pacheco, founder of Bocavaldivia Research & Development Restaurant in Ecuador, as he explores cuisine as a tool for sustainability, cultural preservation, and connection.
Yale Global Table is a collaboration between the Yale MacMillan Center, the Yale Schwarzman Center, and Yale Hospitality that aims to illuminate the connections between sustainability, health, culture, and community.
