Westbrook Community America 250 Celebration
The Town of Westbrook is proud to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a weekend of community events on July 10, 11, and 12. The festivities begin on Friday, July 10, with a concert on the Town Green featuring the Middletown Symphonic Band, bringing residents and visitors together for an evening of patriotic music and celebration. On Saturday, July 11, the Town Green will host a Family Fun Day from 12:00 - 2:00 pm featuring activities for all ages, along with the Council of Beaches Food Drive from 9:00 - 1:00 to support local families in need. The day will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:15 p.m., launched from the Westbrook shoreline. The celebration continues on Sunday, July 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. behind Town Hall with a community gathering featuring Bill’s Patchogue Paddle, live music, food, games, and a variety of family-friendly activities.
