In November 1996, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) introduced a mobile version of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. This replica, unveiled on Veterans Day, was created to bring the Memorial’s powerful message to communities across America.
