Veteran's Day Parade & Purple Heart Lecture

Join Enfield's Veterans Council for the annual Veterans Day parade followed by a special lecture regarding America's first Purple Heart - Elijah Churchill who joined the American Revolution in Enfield. Parade starts at 1:00 pm at Enfield Street School located at 1318 Enfield Street. The parade continues north on Enfield Street to the Enfield Town Green. At the Enfield Town Green there is a wreath ceremony with a military gun-salute. The ceremony honors all those that have served our great Nation.

Immediately following the parade, you are invited to join the Enfield Veterans Council at the Enfield Town Green for a wreath ceremony and a military gun-salute. In case of inclement weather, a Wreath Ceremony will be held at Enfield High School.

Lecture will be in the Town Hall (820 Enfield Street), Scitico Room.
