Thursdays on the Dock: 102D Army Band

Thursdays on the Dock has been a shoreline staple for 16 years and remains the premier destination for waterfront music. Swing by each Thursday evening in July and August, bring a chair or blanket, listen to a free concert, and watch the sun go down over the river.

The 102D Army Band is “Connecticut’s Own” Army National Guard Band. Stationed in Rockville, Connecticut, the 102d Army Band is composed of 37 Soldier-Musicians and 7 musical elements. The 102D Army Band performs at venues all over the state of Connecticut. Brass Chaos includes a dozen brass players whose patriotic tunes are not to be missed.
