Taking the Exit Ramp

Molly Morgan is a psychotherapist who started making art as a means for reflecting on, and processing her experiences with psychotherapy clients. She developed a committed study and practice of art in 2019.  Her work is inspired by the universal themes that unite us in our shared humanity – resilience, courage, wonder, awe, beauty, authenticity, grace, remembering. Molly lives and works in Cornwall, CT.

This series was developed over the last year, simultaneous to a deep dive into studying composition and color. Its title is a quote from a psychotherapy client, who commented, as she began shifting away from outdated and expected beliefs and behaviors, “I’m taking the exit ramp.”
