Storytime at Slater

Slater Memorial Museum is excited to partner with Otis Library for our very own storytime hosted at the museum on the first Friday of every month! Each storytime follows a unique theme based on an art object in the museum's collection. Children will learn about the art object from museum staff before listening to stories read by an Otis librarian. Surprise dance and song breaks will get everyone involved! Once the stories are complete, museum staff will lead children through a craft inspired by the day's theme. Stories are best fit for ages 6 and under, but all ages are welcome!

After storytime, families are invited to stay and explore Slater Memorial Museum for free!
