Songs of Love & War - Afghan pianist Arson Fahim with Cuatro Puntos Ensemble

Arson Fahim is a pianist and composer from Afghanistan. Songs of Love & War features all his own compositions, telling his story of growing up and learning music in a country where music is banned. Mr. Fahim will play the piano and will be joined by the musicians of Cuatro Puntos Ensemble: Aaron Packard (violin), Kevin Bishop (violin & viola), Steve Larson (viola) and Jillian Emerson (cello).

PleAdmission is free and there is no need to reserve any tickets. The doors will open at 7:00pm for the 7:30pm concert.

Welte Auditorium is one of Connecticut's largest concert halls, and is part of Welte Hall on the Central Connecticut State University campus. Park in the Welte Garage, which is right next door.
