

Second Saturdays for Families: Layered Landscapes

Join a docent guided tour of the museum and explore the different ways artists present the American landscape. Learn about the Indigenous people of Connecticut through replicated tools, animal furs, bones, and other objects based on cultural beliefs about the land and resources. Create a sand-dollar necklace using found materials inspired by the New England terrain.
