What is 2nd Saturday?
2nd Saturday is a monthly community event held on the second Saturday of each month, celebrating local art, music, food, and culture. It’s a time when local businesses, galleries, and vendors come together to showcase their creativity, connect with neighbors, and make downtown come alive with energy and fun.

🫖 Poet-Tea with Nadia Sims (10–11:30A) – Sip tea and enjoy poetry in a cozy, creative atmosphere.
✍️ Writer’s Playground (12–1:30P) – Explore your imagination with writing games and prompts.
🎨 PERSPECTIVES OF INDEPENDENCE – “What does independence mean to you?” Is it liberty? Identity? Responsibility? Self-determination? Community? Experience a wide range of visual interpretations—bold, poetic, personal, and profound.
🎨 Family-Friendly Crafts – Spark creativity and make memories with fun, hands-on projects for all ages!
