School’s OUT! @ the Mattatuck Museum (ages 5+)
Drop off your child daily for this day-long experience. Children will be immersed in the Museum’s galleries while learning about history and developing their art skills with unique materials and techniques.
Camp hours – 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM; FREE Before and After Care from 8 AM – 9 AM and 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
Participate in exciting, art-filled daily camps designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and encourage creative expression through hands-on projects and interactive experiences. Whether your child loves painting, performance, or both, there’s something for everyone at The MATT
March 6, 2026 – Art All-Stars Celebrate Camp MATT’s greatest hits with a day packed full of our most popular projects and materials. Inspired by our Staff Favorites exhibition, campers revisit the creative activities kids love most.
April 6–10, 2026 – The Gourmet Gallery From sweet treats to savory snacks, campers explore the colors, textures, and shapes of the culinary world. Favorite foods become inspiration for a delicious menu of art masterpieces.

School’s OUT! payment and registrations are being accepted on a rolling basis, however, the refund policy remains in effect. The registration form MUST be completed prior to the first day the child will be participating in camp.
