Celebrate opening weekend of Robin Hood's Medieval Faire with the return of King Richard, Maid Marian, Robin Hood, and his Merry Band for a full weekend of action, shows, and marketplace shopping.

Opening weekend features all 60+ artisan shops, full performances across eight stages, and the season's first royal procession through the village.

Special opening weekend offers: Saturday, May 16: Neighbor Appreciation Day. Harwinton residents receive admission perks with proof of residency. Sunday, May 17: Free Kids Day, sponsored by Kidtivity. Youth ages 7–15 admitted free with a paid adult. Children 6 and under are always free.
