Revolutionary Haven: Myths of America
Revolutionary Haven: Myths of America is a new work built for the 250th anniversary of the Revolution — New Haven in 1776, Patriots, Loyalists, and the people caught between them. A Broken Umbrella Theatre, a New Haven company that makes original work out of the city’s history, stages it room to room inside the Blake Street Center in Westville. Audiences move through roughly 30 minutes of a work still being built: a first draft shown on purpose, ahead of a full production in 2027.
Audience: all ages welcome; 10 and up recommended, since audiences stand and move throughout
